Beresfield Community Care is registered to provide supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme- a new way of providing community linking and individualised support for people with permanent and significant disability, their families and carers. The NDIS aims to give people with disability and their carers more choice and control over the support they receive.
Supports are available Monday through Saturday and Sunday upon request.

CARERS SUPPORT GROUP
If you care for a disabled person or care for someone over 65 and would like some support, come along to our Beresfield Carer's Group held on the First Thursday every month.
Our support includes information, outings for carers, friendship and more.
