About Us
Beresfield and District Community Care Inc. provide a range of support services in the Lower Hunter Region, to assist the frail, aged and younger people with a disability to remain independent in their home for as long as they choose. Carers are also supported in their vital role.
Services provided include:
Individual Transport, Meals on Wheels, Domestic Assistance and Social Support, Personal Care, Shopping, Social Support Group (formally known as Centre Based Day Care), Carers Group, Home Maintenance which includes lawn mowing and gardening.
Subsidized costs apply to all services.
